Cost & Schedule Manager, Real Estate Development

Eli joined Squircle Capital in 2023 and is responsible for providing specialised support in cost and schedule management of the firm’s real estate developments.

Eli has 14 years of experience and prior to joining Squircle Capital, she worked for the past 9 years at Arcadis as a Senior Cost Manager. She has been involved in various international projects of luxury hotels, office and residential development in Spain, Portugal and Africa ranging from €200 to €350 million, where she led a multi-discipline cost team and provided advice to different cultural background investment groups as well as coordinating teams from Asia, USA and Europe.

Eli holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Architecture from Universidad Politécnica in Madrid. She speaks fluent Spanish, English and Chinese.
