Nicola Kolev

Associate Director, Legal

Nicola joined Squircle Capital in 2019 and is responsible for the legal and tax aspects of transactions – acquisition, during hold periods and through the exit processes. He also provides support to the fund management side of the business.

Prior to joining Squircle Capital, Nicola has worked at high-profile firms including Deloitte where he advised on transactions for clients across industries with a focus on M&A, banking, as well as corporate reorganisations and restructurings. Nicola also brings experience on the regulatory side in banking and finance in the EU.

Nicola holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Law of International Finance from King’s College London. He speaks fluent English.
