Nic Olivé

Director – Digital Transformation

Nic joined Squircle Capital in 2020 and is responsible for the group’s digital transformation of the portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Squircle Capital, Nic worked in the enterprise software industry as Founder and CEO of Pleasepoint, a leading AI-based predictive marketing platform in Europe. Previously Nic developed a successful career in the retail industry as Chief Retail Officer and Board Member of Mango where he led +8.000 employees in +100 countries. Over the last few years, he has advised tens of SMB’s in their digital strategy and designed the first public digital acceleration program in Europe for fashion brands for the regional Government of Catalonia. Currently Nic is Chairman of Pleasepoint and Board Member of Olivé + Partners, a family-owned real estate firm and Atelier, a law books publishing company.

Nic holds a degree in law from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, an MBA from EADA and a Master of Urban Land Development from Universitat de Barcelona. He speaks fluent Spanish, English, French and Italian.
