Morgan Pacalin

Director, Fund Administration

Morgan joined Squircle Capital in 2025 and is responsible for overseeing the administration function, ensuring robust governance, regulatory compliance and operational efficiency across all fund structures.

Before joining Squircle Capital, he spent six years at Castik Capital, where he played a pivotal role in managing investment structures, overseeing complex financial and tax reporting processes, and anticipating fund administration needs by attending investment committee meetings. Earlier in his career, Morgan refined his technical foundations in fund and real estate audit at PwC Luxembourg and gained additional industry experience at Cube Infrastructure Managers.

Morgan graduated in Economics from Université Jean Monnet in Saint-Etienne and he holds a M2 from EDHEC Business School. He speaks fluent English and French.
