María Téllez

Technical Services Director, Real Estate Development

María joined Squircle Capital in 2023 and is responsible for managing and coordinating the technical services department which focuses on the design, cost and schedule management of the firm’s real estate developments.

María has 13 years of experience in project management services. She was the design and schedule manager at Hill International for some iconic landmark projects such as the BBVA Madrid Headquarters and Ritz Hotel Madrid as well as more than 70 hospitality projects over Greece, Italy, portugal and Spain.

Maria holds a MSC in Architecture Engineering, won first prize at Ibero-American Architecture Biennial with her final project and has a Master’s in architecture and basic habitability of human settlements. She speaks fluent Spanish and English.
