Marcos Hervás

Developement Director, Real Estate Development

Marcos joined Squircle Capital in 2021 and is responsible for the firm’s real estate developments, including the management of partnerships with leading architects, interior designers, and other collaborations as Squircle Capital targets prominent real estate projects around the world.

Prior to joining Squircle Capital, Marcos had various top management roles leading projects exceeding EUR 1bn in value for major international firms. He brings knowledge in construction and project management to successfully deliver a range of projects according to plan, budget and quality, including the iconic new building at the UN Palais de Nations in Switzerland.

Marcos has worked at Hill International, holds a MSC in Architecture Engineering and a Master´s degree in Project Management from the European University of Madrid. He speaks fluent Spanish, English and French.
