Antoni Sapiña

MEP & Sustainability Manager, Real Estate Development

Antoni joined Squircle Capital in 2021 and is responsible for leading the engineering aspects and coordination of consultants and designers focusing on enhancing sustainability and energy efficiency at all stages of the firm’s developments.

His experience includes projects across Europe, the Middle East and Africa developed by top tier engineering consulting firms for multinational companies such as Goldman Sachs and Barclays where architectural studios such as Wilkinson Eyre and Renzo Piano were also involved. He challenged initial ideas to find the best technical solutions to support sustainability practices, energy efficiency systems and credentials, especially BREEAM.

Antoni holds a MSC in Architecture Engineer and a Master´s degree in Building Services Engineering with sustainable energy in Brunel London University in United Kingdom. He speaks fluent Spanish and English.
