Alfred Capistrano

Director, Real Estate Operations

Alfred joined Squircle Capital in 2018 and is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of all real estate assets.

Prior to joining Squircle Capital, Alfred developed his career with leading hospitality operational companies and hospitality consulting firms. During more than 30 years of hospitality sector experience, he has held various positions in marketing, finance and operations. While in Consulting, he advised leading hotel developers, investors, and owners on the development of new properties, repositioning of existing assets, management contract negotiations and asset management.

Alfred has a degree in Hospitality Business Administration from the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) and a diploma in Hospitality Administration from the International College of Hospitality Administration (ICHA) in Switzerland. He speaks fluent Spanish, French, English and Swedish.
