Joanna Mascherin

Senior Associate, Legal

Joanna joined Squircle Capital in 2025, where she focuses on fund management and provides support on legal matters concerning the group’s entities. She is also actively involved in transactional activities, including acquisitions, portfolio oversight during holding periods, and exit planning.

Prior to joining Squircle Capital, she worked as a Senior Associate in a Luxembourg law firm, where she played a key role in structuring and launching alternative investment funds, advising clients throughout the full fund life cycle. She also advised on corporate matters, especially in the context of private equity deals.

Joanna graduated in Law from Université de Lorraine and holds a MSc in Law in Finance from Queen Mary University of London. She speaks fluent English and French.
