Zornitsa Georgieva

Zornitsa Georgieva joined Squircle Capital in 2023, where she supports the legal functions of the group, with a focus also on fund-related matters. Her responsibilities include assisting with corporate governance, transactional matters, and ensuring statutory compliance.

Prior to joining Squircle Capital, Zornitsa worked as a lawyer and in-house counsel for top-tier firms, specializing in corporate and M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, and debt and equity financings across various sectors, including banking, real estate, retail, consumer products, and TMT. She also has expertise in banking and capital markets regulations, as well as competition law and merger clearance.

Zornitsa holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Commercial Law from the University of Nottingham, UK, and is fluent in English.
