Mayesha Vythelingum

Fund Controller, Fund Administration

Mayesha Vythelingum joined Squircle Capital in 2023, where she lends support to the fund administration team in addition to working directly on certain funds managed by the group.

Her responsibilities include running the fund’s administrative and financial operations and ensuring that the financial statements of the finds are accurate and comply with fund policies, industry practices, accounting principles and regulatory standards.

Prior to joining Squircle Capital, Mayesha accumulated significant expertise in private equity funds through her roles at top international fund administration service providers, where she managed financial oversight and reporting for multiple large client portfolios.

Mayesha holds a bachelor’s degree in actuarial studies and is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. She speaks fluent English and French.
