Gianmaria Lombardo

Director, Fund Administration

Gianmaria joined Squircle Capital in 2020 and is responsible for handling the day-to-day administration and operation of the funds and corporate structures, with an emphasis on financial and tax reporting, central administration, and investor reporting.

During his 20-years career in the investment industry, Gianmaria has held key positions in renowned service providers, acting for private equity firms, real estate investment managers, institutional investors, and multinational companies. He has also been a member of the board in many portfolio companies, where he contributed to informed decisions while preserving business interests and was involved in ambitious transactional projects.

Gianmaria graduated in Economics from the Università Cattolica di Sacro Cuore and is an auditor enrolled with the Italian Register of Statutory Auditors. He speaks fluent Italian and English.
