Francesca Adami

Analyst, Investments

Francesca joined Squircle Capital in September 2026 as an Analyst. She focuses on evaluating, executing and monitoring prospective and current investments.

Prior to joining Squircle Capital, Francesca worked at UBS as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Large Cap division in the Milan office, with particular exposure to the premium consumer, fashion and luxury sectors. Prior to that, she gained experience at globally recognised, leading premium consumer and luxury businesses.

Francesca holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management and a Master’s degree in International Management, both from Bocconi University, including an exchange program at BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo, Norway.

She speaks fluent Italian and English, with a basic knowledge of German.
